Our Mission and Vision
We want to help parents and children navigate the world we're in today by helping you through guidance of reading materials that are out there, especially in our libraries, that may not reflect a conservative point of view and expose our children to ideals and stances they are not ready for.
Why have we created this?
For several years, we have struggled to keep enough books in the house for our two voracious readers. This meant we were doing a weekly library trip, gathering 10+ books per child.
As they have gotten older, the books have gotten bigger, and any parent just cannot read 10+ books at a time while in the library to scan for any potential issues, language, value misalignment, and more. Too many times have inappropriate themes, characters, and overall books ended up in our household for minds so susceptible to mature themes.
In order to help protect our children's minds while also allowing them some freedom in book choice, we created this app to help us quickly scan what they have picked up and make suggestions for things maybe they didn't consider or see mixed in with all of the rest.
